Day 175 (Tuesday 4/28)

Hey my blogger buddies!!

I hit the pavement bright and early this morning! I didn’t have much time, but I decided to go out anyway! I ended up doing 2:1 intervals and boy were they hard! I was sprinting on the run part!!! I ended up going for about 25 minutes. Felt great when I was done!

I had breakfast on the run today. (spent too much time with DH before I left for work…worth it tho!) I had 3/4 c honey nut cheerios, 1 c almond breeze, and a sliced banana for 5 points. DSC02361

And of course my  morning snack was the same as the past 174 days! ;) lol I had grape nuts, strawberries, and yogurt for 3 points. DSC02362

I had to take a late lunch again so I had 1 c grapes for 1 point around noon to hold me over. DSC02363

Lunch today was light and delicious! I had melon and 1/2 c cottage cheese for 3 points. DSC02364

I took off work about 15 minutes early, rushed home, changed, and hopped on my bike to go to WW! The scale this AM said 162 so I figured I would gain…and I did .4 lbs. I was bummed because I feel like I have been fairly OP this week, but hey it’s a small gain and I hope to have a loss next week. I just need to stay on track and get my workouts in.

When I got home I had a ww pb cup for 2 points. They just aren’t quite like the “real” thing! But still nice to satisfy my sweet tooth!DSC02366

Wait so I rode my bike to ww and back home for a total of a 40 minute bike ride! And my legs were burning, there are two hills on the route!

Supper tonight was 2 slices of my leftover pizza from Saturday and cauliflower with cheese for 5 points. DSC02367

Man two days in a row with give-aways to enter…lovin the blog world!! I just found this blog today and already LOVE it…she’s a fellow Iowan. Check out her blog over at “Iowa Girl Eats” and she has a great giveaway too!

TUESDAY’S STATS

POINTS = 19/23

Look at you go: running AND riding your bike. That's terrific. I bet you drop that weight next week. I woulkd give just about anything to have lost the weight you have. :)

You know, I've never even tasted cottage cheese. Something about curdled milk has just never seemed appetizing. Maybe I'll give it a try.

Your breakfast is similar to my fav kinds of breakfast. It always bugs me how they have to be so many points though!

Riding your bike to WW, good job lady :) The weight will come off, slowly but surely!

Youre right, there are a lot of give aways going on right now. They are AWESOME!

Don't worry... next week will be a whole different story!! You are doing so awesome, I hope you don't let these little things bug you. 0.4 is nothing in the grand scheme of things!!

Running in the am is awesome!! I wish I had the motivation.

Mmmm fresh fruit and cottage cheese - is there a better snack?! I think not!

How cool is it that I'm drooling more for the watermelon than for the peanut butter cup? :)

Great job on getting the run in early!
