I am so proud of myself!! I didn't over-eat on a Sunday!! I would have to say that this is probably a "first" in a LONG, LONG time! We got home late yesterday from Minnesota, so we slept in (skipped church) and took it easy. The gym is only open for a few hours on Sundays so I wanted to get a nice long workout. So I headed there and that is exactly what I did. They had to kick me out to close!! My legs are so sore today from my workout dvd I did yesterday. A lot of the moves are lunges and squats! I guess that means it's working....right?!?!

U do so much better then me at keeping track of your food. It is so hard for me to not over eat my 23 points... U do great, your a great inspiration!
