Hopefully you saw the recap of my July goals recap last week. I know that those monthly goals are a key part of my success and my overall goal, so I plan to continue to set goals each month.

August Goals
1. workout 5 days/week
2. attend every WW meeting
3. sign up for a 5k race
4. track ALL eats everyday
5. weigh 162 by 8.31.12 {lose 6.6 lbs}

I am always amazed at how much you accomplish when you set your mind to it. I wish I had your dedication and commitment! I know you'll meet these goals!
Those are great goals! I'd love to feel ready enough to sign up for a 5k too. The only goals I've made was to count calories and lose 30 lbs...but I didn't set an end date which I now believe would push me harder to lose the weight. Thanks for the inspiration and good luck!
I am so impressed with your work out goals and how you accomplished them. I am definitely going to steal the sticker calendar idea. Keep pushing forward; you're an inspiration!
If you can accomplish all these goals, I'm pretty sure that you'll lose a lot weight this month. However, you should also workout moderately. If you're working out 5 days a week, it's best if you do 1 hour per day, so that you will have perfect toned muscles and to prevent your body from getting fatigued.
