Hello blogger friends!! I have no pictures for today. And it's probably ok because what I ate would in no way help you guys or give you any good ideas! Started out good with an apple for a pre-workout snack. Then I worked out, tanned, went to the spa to schedule my massage, hit the bank (not literrally tho), and raced home to shower in time to meet my dear friend Sara (who is two weeks from baby #1) for lunch at a tea room here in town, Tea Thyme at Sadies. It is one of my favorite places and their menu is not ww friendly! I had four cheese chicken which is a boneless breast of chicken is stuffed with three kinds of cheese, spinach, baked and smothered in a creamy cheddar cheese sauce. Served over a bed of garden blend rice, candied carrots, a cup of broccoli cheese soup, and our home baked sweet breads. Now I didn't eat ALL that, but I did have bites of everything! I headed over to my favorite little nail lady for a fill and then home to relax for the afternoon. DH got home and not 2 seconds after he walked in the door some friends call that wanted to take us out for dinner to thank us for taking care of their dogs last week. And I already made plans to meet my Dad for dinner tomorrow night! Eating out does not help me lose weight, especially 3 nites in a row! But I'm trying!
I weighed today (I think I've made Saturday's my un-official wi day!) and the scale said 166, so that means I've lost 3 lbs this week and a total of 36! It's so hard to believe that I'm only 11 pounds from my goal weight! Now I definately think it's do-able to hit my goal my the time I go to Florida!

Day 95 (Friday 2/6)

I am happy to report that I am feeling GREAT!!! It's Friday, it's 50 degrees outside, I am feeling 150% better, and I'm feeling "skinny"!! Life is good! Getting sick really makes me appreciate it when I'm healthy!
I took all of your advice and didn't work out. I am sure I will be fine, but I couldn't believe I have went 5 days w/o exercise! I will be hitting the gym 1st thing tomorrow morning. But I think it was good to give my body one more day to rest and catch up.
DH and I went out with some friends tonight for supper. We haven't went out with this couple in FOREVER so it was great to spend time with them catch up and laugh a little. We went to Applebees and I ordered the garlic herb chicken, ate the veggies 1st, then the potatoes, and then by the time I got to the chicken I could only eat half of it!! But of course two hours later I somehow had room for an ice cream cone! It fit within my points range though so I'm hoping it won't affect the scale. I'm really curious to see what it is in the morning.
I booked my ticket for spring break to West Palm Beach, Florida!! Now I know what you're thinking....spring break..."Aren't you 24?" Yes I am, but I work at a college so I also get time off during spring break week!! It's great!! My Grandpa winters in Florida, my sister is going to school in Florida, and another one of my sister's lives in Georgia so I'll get to see all three!! I cannot wait. I need to get my butt in gear and lose these last 12.5 lbs!! It is a little less than 6 weeks and I think I can totally do it, I just need to stay focused! I would love to wear my two piece swimsuit that I haven't worn since my honeymoon in 2005! I also need to tan a little to get some good color so I can come back all nice and bronze!! (I know it's horrible...but being tan makes me feel SSSO much better about how I look)
I forgot to tell you guys, I measured on Sunday and lost another 6.75 inches last month for a total of 22.5 inches (10 different places) in 3 months!! I think that explains all the baggy pants I've been wearing! I need to get my Feb. goals posted and post my January picture. I really can't tell a difference in the pictures, but I know later on down the road I will be glad that I took those silly pictures!
I'm sitting here listening to Dave Ramsey on Sirius Internet Radio and getting so motivated. We started our total money makeover in October and got a little lax during the holiday season and now we're kicking it back into gear. If you haven't heard of this guy and are trying to pay off debt you need to check it out...he is AWESOME!!! (sorry for the off subject...but I had to mention it!)
Lots on the agenda for tomorrow....workout, get nails done, tan, schedule my massage (reward for meeting 170lb goal!), and meet my very prego friend for lunch! I'm excited, should be a great Saturday!!

Day 94 (Thursday 2/5)
Hey everyone! Well I got up this morning and still didn't feel 100%, but thought I could push through it and get in a good day at work. Well I didn't quite make it all day...I ended up coming home at noon. I didn't even want to drive myself home I felt so dizzy & nauseous. I called DH crying and he insisted he would come get me, but that meant we would have to come get our vehicle later so I decided to push through, be a big girl, and drive home (I know I sound pathetic). Got home, ate some toast, and crashed. I think I was just pushing myself too much after being sick for so long. After resting all afternoon I think I am starting to re-coop. I really hope to be at work all day tomorrow...I HAVE to be...I feel bad for my co-workers, but very glad because they've been great at keeping my stuff up while I've been gone.
Right now I'm debating on going to the gym in the morning. I really want to because I haven't worked out since Sunday, but I think I'll make my final decision in the morning. To go or not to go...that is the question?!?!?

Days 91-93 (Monday 2/2-Wednesday 2/4)
Hello everyone! I know I've been absent lately. My past three days have been spent either in bed, on the couch, or in the bathroom (ugh!). No fun!! I finally got some meds from the Dr. yesterday and now its 24 hours later and I think they are finally kicking in....hoping I can actually get up and go to work tomorrow. So anyway, I just wanted to check in and let you know that I'm still alive...barely...but I am!

Happy Super Bowl Sunday everyone!
DH & I are watching the game right now. Well I should say he is watching the game and I am doing some work on the computer! But I do like to "tune in" for the commercials, which so far I haven't been too impressed.
We took it easy today. I got in my workout right away this morning and then we made breakfast when I got home. After reading the paper it was about 1:30pm and I was ready for a nap...so that is just what I did! (I know...lazy Sunday!)
I made one of my favorite recipes for the game, Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip. It is fairly point friendly, but I tend to eat WAY too much...hence it was my supper! MMMMmmmm!!
Lots to do yet tonight: get my gym bag ready, eats for work for the week packed, garbage to the curb and recycle sorted....and the list goes on!
