Day 35 (Sunday 12/7)

BRUNCH: Pumpkin Pie French Toast 4 tbls ff Cool Whip, 1/4c sf Syrup, & Scrambled Egg Whites w/Ham & Cheese. 6 pointsAFTERNOON SNACK: Fiber One Bar. 2 pointsSUPPER: Ham & Pineapple English Muffin Pizzas, Broccoli, & Cauliflower w/Cheese. 6 pointsEVENING SNACK: Yogurt w/Grape Nuts. 2 points

WATER = 96 oz
EXERCISE = 45 min elliptical

I really hope you guys aren't getting tired of reading about me losing weight; because I know I sure am not getting tired of blogging about it! Once again, the scale went down this morning: 1.5 lbs, 17 lbs total! It is so motivating to see the number keep going down, down, & down! I know I have to attribute a lot to my time in the gym. I just hope it continues!

Today since we didn't eat breakfast before we went to church (I usually save points to go out to eat after church, but we just came home and made "brunch") I had a bunch of left over points. But I really felt satisfied and didn't want to eat 8 points at 8pm just to use them up, so I didn't. I hope that doesn't hurt me. I know it's not good to not eat all your points either.

I can't believe the weekend is almost over. I am excited for wi on Tuesday. I hope to get another 5 lb star! And I am also hoping for the day off on Tuesday. A major snow storm is headed our way, we're on the line for 3-6 or 5-7 inches of snow and they are predicting some major wind gusts (Not that I want snow, but a day off is always nice)! And since I work at a community college we usually close when it's bad out because a lot of our student's commute. So I am keeping my fingers crossed for a day off on Tuesday! :)

You are doing so awesome! 17 lbs in 35 days is GREAT! Your so creative with your food too. I really need to start writing down some of the stuff you eat bc i eat the same thing over and over. I hope you get your next star...dont you just love those things!

Congratulations on your loss!! Yayy!! You are doing so fantastic! Exercise is what is missing from my routine as of late, but as soon as I'm better, I'm alllll over it!

Not eating all of your points isnt a good habit to get into, but once in a while if you truly don't need them, it shouldn't hurt you, it will just keep your body guessing.
