Day 36 (Monday 12/8)

BREAKFAST: Oatmeal, 2 Clementines, & an Apple. 4 pointsLUNCH: Ham & Turkey Wrap w/Cheese, Broccoli & Cauliflower w/Cheese, and ff Pudding w/ff Cool Whip. 8 pointsAFTERNOON SNACK: Cucumbers w/ff Ranch. 1 pointSUPPER: Diet Hot Chocolate, Fiber One Bar, & Kettle Corn. 3 pointsEVENING SNACK: WW Fudge Bar & String Cheese. 2 points


POINTS = 18
WATER = 130 oz
EXERCISE = 12 min run/walk & 30 min cross ramp

I am ecstatic, the scale went down AGAIN this morning! So that means I've lost 18 lbs in 5 weeks! I know I just need to keep working hard, I am really scared that I'll hit a plateau and get de-railed and TOM is just around the corner. But I just have to stay positive and not worry about things like that!

For some reason I was not in the mood to make anything for supper so I just kept snacking, which was NOT good! I don't plan to do that again. Anyway, I am still keeping my fingers crossed for a "snow day" tomorrow! Right now it's really starting to snow pretty good, so I think the odds are in my favor!

Wow, that's like 3-4 lbs. a week! That's insane! I hope that I have at least 3-4 lb. loss when I weigh myself again. I've decided to weigh myself every two weeks.
