BREAKFAST: Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal & an apple. 3 points
I did have a snack after supper of some FF cool whip (it's like ice cream for me!) for 2 points. I got in 120 oz water, of which I was proud, totaled 17 points for the day (need to get in more points), and also a 30 minute walk with my husband as well. Overall it was a great Day 1!! Let's hope they continue!!
