G’evening everyone! Hope you had an enjoyable Monday, as enjoyable as a Monday can be, I guess! ;) Monday mornings I try to think positive that it’s going to be a great day and that usually seems to help! Monday’s can be rough sometimes, but this is a great way to curb that!
Well one thing didn’t go right this AM, I shut my alarm off! Then I just thought I would get up when Kyle did…but he shut his alarm off too. EEEeekkk!! So I jumped out of bed at 6:55am and high tailed it to the shower! Luckily I made it to work at my regular time!
Due to our alarm issues I didn’t have time for breakfast at home. But I made my oatmeal when I got to work and it reminded me of those mornings when I used to work out before work and eat at my desk before the work day began. *sigh* I need to get back in that habit! I had the usual oatmeal combo for 5 points.
I worked through my lunch because I had a hair appointment!

I feel like it isn’t much shorter. I was hoping for a little different look, but I’m sure once I style it, I’ll like it more! I’ll make sure to keep you guys posted!
Kyle has class on Monday nights till 11pm. So I got busy! I finished laundry from yesterday, cleaned up the guest room (we have guests coming this weekend!), and went for a walk/run with Abby!
In between everything, I snacked on a serving of cottage cheese and had turkey & cheese roll up for 4 points total. For some reason I was “snacky” tonight!
I decided that was enough snacking & made supper!
I had a plate full of roasted veggies, my fav!!! Just toss your veggies in some EVOO, seasonings of choice, 425 degrees for 15 minutes, and you’ll be hooked! I went with fresh green beans and chopped a potato into to bite size pieces for a total 5 points.
Tomorrow is WI day. I’m nervous. I’ve peeked at the scale a few times this week and it hasn’t moved. Can’t doing anything about it now though. We’ll see what tomorrow brings!
