Happy Hump day!! Feels more like Tuesday since I didn't work on Monday, but hey it's Wednesday, I'll take it!!
I started my day out at the gym again!!! It was a little harder this morning to get going, but I did!! I got in 32 minutes on the cross ramp and then finished with abs. Nice morning sweat session.
My work day flew by and before I knew it time to call it a day! I had plans to go with a friend to a class, but before we did I had a quick snack of 1 c cantaloupe and 1/2c cottage cheese for 3 points.
The class went well, but I didn’t have much of my evening left. I got home around 9pm and snacked on some chips & salsa while packing my gym bag. Not the best option, but it was quick & easy. I am estimating my portion would be about 7 points.
Ok guys, I’m gonna hit the hay! But I did want to say again thank you so much for all your encouragement. I know this 8 week challenge isn’t going to be easy, but I know with your support I can do it!!
