Obviously I've been MIA the past week. I could go into all kinds of details and really come down on myself for not working out everyday and eating lots of bad food. But would anything positive come from that? Probably not. The only thing I do is move forward from here. And that is just my plan!
Over the past week I've gotten some really sweet comments from a few friends I don't see often and that really sparked something in me & got me motivated again. And also I'm only 10 days away from my trip to Florida! If that isn't good motivation, I don't know what is?!?!?
So I hope you all are ready for Darci...'cause I'm back and ready to tear it up!! My goal is meet my weight for the "sister challenge" by the time I leave for Florida!!
