Hey blog friends! Well the wind died down and I actually had to go to work today so you can stop being jealous of me! :p
I didn’t want to get out of bed though, I prefer the coziness right next to Kyle! But I finally convinced myself no matter how short the workout, something is better than nothing. I got to the gym and only had 20 minutes to workout and I made the most of it by doing intervals on the treadmill. I was a sweaty mess at the end, felt awesome!
Being closed on Monday made for a extra busy Tuesday! But it just made my day go that much faster! I took a little time out to mix up my morning snack of 1 1/2c strawberries, ww vanilla yogurt, and 1/4 homemade granola for 3 points.
After work Kyle had a meeting at church so I was cooking for 1! I decided to go for pizza! Mine was made up of 2 oz chopped ham, 1/4c 2% shredded mozzarella, 2 slices of pineapple, 1/4c pizza sauce, and a flat out for 6 points. Mmmm, delish!!
I was so ready for Biggest Loser tonight and got a little disappointed when the Olympics were on. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the Olympics, but was I just hoping for some BL. I decided to be productive instead and got my gym bag ready and then blogged! By the way, what do you think of my new layout?
