Here is what I say:
I will start again as many times as it takes to get to my goal!!
I’m not sure I can pin point what triggered this start; could be that my size 10 pants are getting quite snug, could be that swim suit Victoria’s Secret catalog that came in the mail yesterday, could be that I am just not feeling as good about myself physically as I was last summer…I think it might be all of the above and probably more reasons! Good thing is that I am back! So here is a recap of my day:
Today was the first day of spring classes so my office was flooded with students full of questions for me and my staff! One thing for sure is that it makes my day go VERY fast when I’m busy like that! Around 10am I ate just 6 of these little guys, peanut butter filled pretzels for 2 points.
A little after 2 I finally got a chance to shut my door and eat my lunch quick. I had an apple, ham, turkey, & cheese wrap, and a dole fruit gel cup for a total of 5 points.
I worked till about 7:30 tonight when Kyle called and said he was on his way home too. I ran a few errands came home to find Kyle with supper for me! He wasn’t fully aware that I was “back” so he brought me home a 5 pc chicken nugget. I looked up the points and tracked it before I ate it! The 5 chicken nuggets came to 6 points and then 1 point for the bbq sauce. Not the supper I had in mind, but I’m giving myself credit for tracking it!
So there you have it, my first day back! I’m hoping I have many more OP days to follow! Can’t wait to catch up with everyone!
