Once again a big snow storm is headed my way. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the day off tomorrow! They are expecting us to get almost a foot of snow!!
We had a "Christmas Social" with the Enrollment Services area tonight. And it was just drinks and appetizers...so everything was FRIED! But I feel that I did pretty good. I think ate about 4-5 cheese balls and probably less than 1/2 c of onion peels. What I wasn't thinking about was my drink, I had Diet Pepsi with grenadine, not even thinking that there are calories in grenadine! But I looked them up when I got home and I think between the 3 drinks it was probably about 200 calories, estimating high! I was kinda bummed with myself though that I did that completely unconsciously!
It's almost the weekend!! Happy Thursday nite!!
