I was off work today. My younger sister is home from college. I was really hoping to stick with my points since tomorrow is Thanksgiving. But I got the "munchies" really bad in the evening and just kept eating. But I'm not going to let it get me down. I'm still going to stay on track and have a great loss for wi next Tuesday!
We went out for lunch to a nice litte tea room that I LOVE. It was so hard to try and find something that was "points friendly", but I feel like I did good. I ate all my fruit first and drank a lot of water and shared my soup with my sister & Grandma. I estimated the points to be 7. I really have no idea and for some reason right now I can't get into e-tools on the ww site.
