Day 15 (Monday 11/17)

BREAKFAST: Oatmeal, 1 c Skim Milk, & an Apple. 5 points
MORNING SNACK: Cucumber & ff Ranch. 2 points
LUNCH: Ham, Egg, & Cheese English Muffin, Strawberry Applesauce, & Grapes. 6 points
AFTERNOON SNACK: 2 WW Chocolates. 2 points

SUPPER: String Cheese, Chips & Salsa, Grapes, & a Banana. 7 points

POINTS = 22
WATER = 106 oz
EXERCISE = 10 min walk/run treadmill & 30 min elliptical

It's hard to believe I'm already starting my third week! I feel that I have made a lot of progress in a short amount of time(down 8lbs!), I think I am just nervous that something will change and my mindset about this whole thing will change and I'll go back to my old ways. But NO!! I will stick with it, I will lose weight, and be so much healthier because of it!!

Today I started my "Training Program". It was only a half mile so that wasn't too bad. It's when it get's up to 2-3 miles that I'm worried about. But I think that it's a slow enough pace that once I do get there I will feel more than comfortable with running that far. I still did the elliptical last night because the half milk run/walk only took me 6 minutes. Tomorrow's the weigh in. I don't think I'll make the 5lbs that I was hoping for, but any loss is great!

You are so completely right in that as you build to the longer distances, they don't seem so farfetched. You're off to a great start!
