Being Honest

I think the best thing about blogging is that you get to "meet" all these new people from all over! And everyone is different! I think some of my favorite bloggers are the ones who are real. They aren't afraid to express their opinion and are very honest.
I think so far on my blog I've been fairly conservative, which is ok. I know there are things that should be kept offline, but the great thing about the blogging community is the support you get. This is why I'm going to be honest!
After I posted on Monday about having "one of those days", Kyle and I took Adelyn on a walk to enjoy the warm weather. It was great! We had a very healthy supper and enjoyed our family time for the evening.
This is where my healthy living for the week stopped....
Starbursts were consumed.
Cupcakes were made...and eaten.
The gym called my name & I didn't respond.
I missed my WW weigh in for meeting at work.
I'm in a funk friends. I'm not sure what caused this or why, but I need to get out of it!
Any advice is welcome!!!

Sorry it's been a rough week. Your picture is adorable, and I'm glad you are having a wonderful time with the little one and your hubby though!!
Hang in there, you are doing so much right now, it will all fall into place again soon...

You never know when it is going to click, so just keep trying, and one good day will lead to two good days, and two good days will lead to 3. It's hard to defeat someone who never quits. You'll get there!!!

Being a working parent is tiring. They say being a SAHM is equivalent to working 2 full time jobs. That leads be to believe that a working parent works the equivalent to 3 full time jobs because all that home stuff still needs to be done. Don't beat yourself up. I don't know what the weather is like in Iowa but I know in the winter, I'm simply not nearly as motivated as when the weather is nicer.

We all have those days. All you can do is just keep on trying. Never give up! Eventually you'll get there. Maybe you were depriving yourself before? Make sure to allow those "treats" and count the points.
