I made a new try last night for supper! I think this is definitely a family friendly recipe! Not sure where I got it from, but trust me, it’s good! Keep in mind the points are calculated based on the old system. I haven’t even come close to checking out all the changes with WW lately! I’ve had other things on my mind! ;)
- 1/2lb lean ground beef
- 1 small green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small red pepper, finely chopped
- 1/3c BBQ sauce
- 1 7.5oz can buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2c 2% shredded cheddar
Heat oven 375 degrees.
Brown meat w/peppers. Remove from heat & stir in BBQ. Separate biscuits and press each one into the bottom & sides of muffin pan. Spoon meat mixture into biscuit cups. Filling will be mounded.
Bake 10 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 3-4 additional minutes.
Serves 4, 2 each. 7 points/serving

Oh! These are similar to the Hungry Girl BBQ cups! Except the HG recipe calls for crescent dough. I have been dying to try them, but I haven't had time yet!
