Early Out

Hooray for the weekend! It’s officially here! I <3 Saturday & Sunday…can ya tell!?!?

For my breakfast on Friday I was a little lazy and just had a bowl of cold cereal and an english muffin with pb & j for a total of 9 points.

I felt like my day was pretty much shot when I looked at my calendar at work, I had meetings from 9am – 11:30 and then from 1:30 – 3:30! Lots of good info though.

After my first meeting I had a Larabar for my morning snack for 5 points.

Since I had little time in between and a few appointments I ended up eating lunch at my desk. But I came prepared and had a Smart One’s for 4 points.

Found out after my afternoon meeting that our President was closing the offices an hour early today, HOORAY!! :)

Kyle and I welcomed the extra hour and headed up to his parents house. His sister & BIL from Chicago were in town. My MIL made her famous homemade pizza. I had this X2, it’s just SO good, estimating 16 points.

Desert was another favorite…homemade ice cream! It was too good to say no. I had about 1/2 of what is pictured here for an estimate of 6 points.

We called a night a little early, needed to get some Z’s before heading to Iowa City Saturday morning to cheer on the Hawkeyes!

Oh please keep your fingers, toes, anything you can crossed & say prayers we don’t get drenched at the game. Weather.com is saying 40% chance of rain pretty much throughout the entire game. :(
